took the mrt to work today. I tried going by bus on Monday. late.
but today, i reached work at 8:30! on time! i left my house at 8... not bad huh?
i will take some shots of the scenery from my window. the night view is quite good. although it's all buildings only, but, it's still not bad.
I cleaned up an old fan left by the previous tenant last night. I was noisy and the engine gets quite hot after a while. So i took it apart and cleaned it up. fan servicing. i oiled it with cooking oil and by the time i put it back together, it was noiseless. mmmmm.... *bliss*
i stay now, in a hdb, with 3 bedrooms occupied by the 70 yr old landlady who looks 60, a thai national lady who works as an architect (i think) and yours truly... i asked the landlady about the aircon last night. didn't seem keen on installing it... will need to continue to ask. plead... beg...
i ordered my tv and dvd player and i had to order an aeriel too. total damage - 260... ouch... next month's pay will go to the credit cards first...

It's quite big actually... i see the whole of a secondary school outside my window. saw the assembly today. i'm on the 15th floor, so they are not noisy enough to wake me up.
God has been good.
Well, i would love to invite you over. but one of my rules is not to bring anyone to the place... so, too bad...
